ENC (ELSA Negotiation Competition) is an academic competition in which a team of two students representing a fictitious client negotiates either a transaction or the resolution of a dispute with an opposing team of two students. In this competition you will be given the opportunity to negotiate a deal that fits the requirements of your client and to practise and develop your soft and negotiation skills.
The winner team will be qualified in the European Round, but will also receive amazing prizes, which are yet to be announced.
The first step in the registration process is completing this form, phase followed by completing the steps from the e-mail address provided by you in the form. This year, the first edition of the National ELSA Negotiation Competition will take place fully online from 9th April to 10th April 2022, fully in English.
Deadline for application: 18th March, until 23:59.
Deadline for Contract Draft submission: 27th March, until 23:59.
